1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using GroupBuyChina, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2 Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3 Group Buying Process
When you join a group deal, you commit to purchasing the product at the stated price. Deals are confirmed when the minimum number of buyers is reached before the deadline.
- Prices may vary based on the number of participants (tiered pricing)
- Deals that don't reach minimum buyers will be cancelled and payments refunded
- Once a deal is confirmed, cancellations are subject to our refund policy
4 Payments
All prices are listed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). Payment must be made through our accepted payment methods. Payment proofs are verified by our team before orders are processed.
5 Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Shipping charges are displayed at the time of order placement.
6 Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of group buying:
- Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items
- Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds for cancelled deals are processed automatically
7 User Conduct
Users must not misuse the platform, submit false information, engage in fraudulent activities, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8 Limitation of Liability
GroupBuyChina acts as a facilitator between buyers and manufacturers. While we verify products and manufacturers, we are not liable for product defects, shipping damages, or losses beyond the purchase price.
9 Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
